How to concatenate the same data into a single row in MySQL.

I want to combine two data sets with the same external data into a single data set separated by a delimiter, but I haven't been able to go beyond listing conflicting data. What query do I need to run? I'm not adding the data manually, I'm getting it through a tool, so I don't have the opportunity to check the data while adding it. I thank in advance for any help you can provide.
