How to connect an Asic miner?

I purchased an Innosilicion ASIC miner, but I couldn't find the IP address to access the machine's interface. I connect the Ethernet cable between the modem and device. I also connect my laptop via Ethernet. I downloaded several scanner programs but still couldn't find it. Is there anyone who knows about this?

(I cannot access the modem's interface because it's not under my name, and I don't know the username and password.)
