How to Create Meta Tags in DLE Like in WordPress

Hello friends, on my WordPress site, the title section is in the format of "slogan - sitename" for example, "WordPress Help Blog - Wpyardimi.com". However, on my DLE site, it is different. In the panel, I specify keywords, description, and title, but only the "sitename" appears in the title section, like "Wpyardimi.com". To achieve the same format as in WordPress, where should I edit the file? I want the titles of my posts to be in the format of "Post Title --- Site Name".
