How to delete messages written on Whisper on Twitch?

I had a conversation with someone about another person through Twitch whispers. I didn't say anything negative, but the other party could misinterpret it and use it against me, which concerns me. I don't think we can delete what we write ourselves, but if I report it to Twitch authorities through the help section, will they assist me?
