How to download a part of a 6-hour video in 'Kick'?

I want to download my broadcast history from the Kick platform, which is 6 hours long, but I only need the last hour. How can I download only the last hour instead of the entire 6 hours? My goal is not to shorten the download time, but rather, I am expecting the 6-hour segment to be the proxy rather than waiting for the last hour to become the proxy when I upload it to the editing program, which takes much longer.
