How to Live Stream with Monitors of Different Resolutions?

Hello everyone. I use 2 monitors, my main monitor is the Samsung Odyssey G9 OLED. The other one is an ASUS 75 Hz 1080p standard monitor. The main question I want to ask is this: I want to play games on the G9 monitor and stream with the other monitor. When streaming with the G9 monitor, the screen appears small to viewers due to its wide width. Is it possible to play a game on the G9 monitor in 32:9 width and at the same time obtain a 16:9 view on my other monitor? I hope I have been able to explain what I mean.
