How to make a Minecraft server online on Redhat?

I opened a VPS server through Redhat.com.
Everything is working fine, running a 1.20.1 Forge server on Linux with mods.
After installing Linux, I got an IP address, but my friends who are not on the same internet cannot access it.
So, the server is local; is there a way to make it online? Can you help me with that?
