How to make a withdrawal of notescoin from Telegram wallet?

Good evening, first of all, a long time ago I played the note coin game on Telegram and earned a certain amount of note coin, which was transferred to my Telegram wallet. The issue is that I don't know how to make a withdrawal. I keep progressing up to a point where I enter the wallet, select Notecoin, then click on send. Everything is fine up to this point, but then it tells me to 'send to an external wallet. Send to a crypto address' and I don't know how to create or find my own external wallet. I would appreciate it if you could help me with this.
