How to Place Google Adsense Ads Effectively?

Hello everyone, I have a website in the cinema industry. However, my Adsense revenue is low due to a lack of ad clicks. The average CTR is usually around 1%. I wonder how we can increase this to about 3%. What should be the correct ad placement? (I am not looking for paid support, I would be happy if someone who has free advice on this topic writes). I have also heard that the click-through rates vary from industry to industry. For example, ads on a fashion website receive many clicks, while ads on an education site may not get as many clicks regardless of placement. Is it the same for the film and TV industry? Will my CTR always be low no matter how well I place the ads? (Note: The examples I mentioned above, fashion and education industries, are just for reference as I don't know how many clicks they receive.)
