How to Receive Payment from the Netherlands?

Hello, I would like to receive payments from the Netherlands. I want to set up a virtual POS on my e-commerce website to receive payments. I am inexperienced in this regard, which virtual POS should I use to be able to receive payments from the Netherlands? Note: A friend asked me to go to the bank and request a virtual POS API from them. When I researched this, I couldn't find much information (from what I could understand) about it.
