I downloaded a program I thought was safe from the internet, but it seems that there is a virus in the setup file. While installing, it displayed something in Russian, and I tried to close it immediately, but I couldn't stop the installation. Windows Defender detects such an application and prompts me to remove it, but it reappears every time I perform a quick scan. I manually deleted the file, but it keeps reappearing. What should I do next?
