Hello, a few months ago a friend told me that he used an application called PuTTY on a VM to SSH and create a proxy with a small Python script. He mentioned that it would provide a new IP address every time he opened and closed it. He suggested using Amazon AWS for this purpose. My question is, can I really do this, and which Amazon AWS package should I get, or do you recommend a different VM instead?
