How to set up a telephone server?

I already have a server on my computer. So, my question is not how to create a server, but rather I am looking for an environment where I can set up a Java server on Android. I am often not at home or in a situation where I can turn on my computer, so my friend cannot access it. I want to install plugins like WorldEdit and GeyserMC, which require Java. In short, how can I set up a Java server on my phone?
