How to set up a telephone server?

I already have a server on my computer. So, my question is not how to create a server, but I'm looking for an environment where I can install a Java server on Android. Most of the time I'm not at home or there is no environment to turn on the computer, so my friend can't log in. I need Java because I want to install plugins like WorldEdit and GeyserMC. In short, how do I install a Java server on a phone?
