How to set up SEO for a Blogger?

Hello dear friends, I have been blogging for a long time on my blogger-based website, sinantektas.com. It's a blog that I have put a lot of effort into over the years, but for some reason, I feel like I haven't been able to reap the rewards of all my hard work. I use the Materi X2 premium version blogger theme which is regularly updated, and I really like this theme. I don't think the issue lies with the theme, and I also pay close attention to the content I create, yet I still can't achieve the performance I desire. Where do you think I might be going wrong? Please enlighten me on this matter.
