How to Use Elementor Template Kits

I downloaded Elementor Template Kits online, which contains various themes for use with Elementor, totaling approximately 1.5 GB. I am using the Ocean theme for Elementor. However, I am having trouble using only certain parts of a theme from the downloaded Elementor Template Kits, such as the Header and Menu sections. When I try to use the Footer section, there is no issue. Do I need Elementor Pro plugin to be able to use these sections? I hope I have explained this clearly.
