HP Victus computer cannot install virtual machine

Hello, I am unable to install a virtual machine on my computer. When I try with Windows XP, it freezes at the installation screen saying "39 minutes remaining" without progressing. When attempting with Windows 2000 Professional, it also gets stuck before reaching the installation screen. I tried with Windows ME as well, but encountered the same issue. I downloaded the ISO files from different websites to ensure it's not a site-specific problem, but still couldn't achieve successful results. I have used VirtualBox multiple times before on my old computer and could easily install Windows XP, but now, for about 5-6 months with my HP Victus, it's not working. There seems to be a problem, but I can't figure it out.

I am not sure if it's necessary, but here are the system specifications I'm using:
- i5 12450H
- RTX 3050
- 512 SSD
- 16 GB RAM
