I cannot access my MySQL tables.

Hello friends, every time I install XAMPP, everything goes well at first, but after a while, various problems arise. I seek help from foreign websites to solve them. This time, I get an "table doesn't exist engine" error and can't access any of my tables even though their names exist. I uninstall XAMPP again and reinstall it, everything goes well at first, but after a while, the same issues recur. I wonder if there is a problem with my PC. If anyone has knowledge in this matter, could you please help? Thank you.
