I can't find customers problem | I need support

Hello friends. Our website www.sosyo.fun was launched in July, currently, there are 2 people handling live support and 1 person managing services. Our customer and member count was increasing as we organized campaigns and such, but lately, we are struggling to find customers. It wouldn't be an exaggeration to say that we have a budget of 0 for advertising. I advertise throughout the day on channels like Facebook, Telegram, Google, forums, Pinterest, and YouTube, but unfortunately, I am no longer attracting customers.
