Hello, I have changed the password of the 'root' user under phpmyadmin > users in the wampserver that I have been using for a long time. However, even though I enter the correct password, I cannot log in to phpmyadmin. I am getting the #1045 Cannot log in to the MySQL server error. In the config.inc.php file, I am entering my own password in $cfg['Servers'][$i]['password'], but it is not accepting it in any way. Can we reset the password? Or can I retrieve the information to access the database?

Hello, I have set a new password for the 'root' user in phpmyadmin within the wampserver I have been using for an extended period. However, despite entering the correct password, I am unable to log in to phpmyadmin, receiving the #1045 MySQL server login error. I have tried entering my own password in $cfg['Servers'][$i]['password'] in the config.inc.php file but it is not being accepted. Is it possible to reset the password, or can I retrieve the login details for the database?
