I couldn't Remove the Advertisement

Dear friends, my website is not getting indexed, and I think the reason could be the AdSense ads. I have tried every method I know to get it indexed but to no avail. I am considering removing the ads, but I'm not sure how to do that from the theme. If anyone who understands this can help me, I would be very grateful. Thank you in advance for your assistance.
