I guess I'll transfer the SQL database to the hosting, but how?

I apologize for my ignorance, but I have created a basic website using PHP for the first time. I purchased hosting and a domain from isimtescil.net. I was able to save the files to the FTP using FileZilla, but I am not sure how to place the database into the website or what steps I need to take. If anyone knows, could they please help me? I can access MySQL by typing phpMyAdmin in my browser on my computer, but I am unsure of how to upload this database to the hosting or if I need to upload it at all. I would appreciate it if someone could help me. Thank you in advance.
