I Have 3 Questions About Google AdSense

Hello, I try to dedicate as much time as possible to my website and aim to post regular content. Although my website is not yet ranking high on Google, I have a audience coming to my topics via referral links from groups and pages. Due to this, I applied for Google AdSense and got approved within 2-3 days. I have created ads and placed them where necessary, but I have some questions. 1-) While ad codes work smoothly in some content, in some content no ads are shown, just a white space. Even if I refresh the page, sometimes ads show up and sometimes they don't. Will this issue be resolved over time? (added 2 hours ago) 2-) Does AdSense pay only for clicks on ads or does it also pay for displaying ads? 3-) Is there a difference in earnings between organic visitors and those coming through referrals?
