Hello to my forum member friends. Last week, I decided to make a abbreviation in the description of my index page. My goal was to show my last two words in the search results as ... It has a 160-character description, so I shortened it by removing a few unimportant words, wanting the description to appear without ellipsis in the search result. Even though I reduced it to 150 characters, it still showed as ..., so I reverted it to its original state. During Google's last two crawls, my index page was crawled but not added to the index. However, interestingly, it is still showing in the search results. Could I have received a small penalty for tampering with the description?
