I want to create a website to earn some money, what do you recommend?

I want to carry out a small project while I search for a job. The idea is to create a website and make some money from the use that people give it.
The perfect idea would meet the following conditions:
- It should require at most 3-6 months of work
- It should not require a large financial investment
- It should be easy to advertise
- It should generate some income (even if just enough to cover the server costs)
- It would be a bonus if I can include it on my resume, but it's not essential.
By the way, I know how to program, so I don't mind writing code if needed.
