Idea for an English health website

Hello friends. I have been working with Turkish websites on the forum, but have achieved success. Now, I want to try again. I don't know English, but I want to open a health website in English or another language by having articles written. Normally, I don't have time to write articles in Turkish either. At least, wouldn't it be a good investment to open a site in another language, even though it may be costly? For example, I am open to all ideas regarding the amount given per click in AdSense applications.
