Hello friends, I am going to explain the issue that everyone is curious about. I got into legal trouble with 5 films on the Videofilm.net site involving two separate companies, one being BKM and the other a new film company. However, their lawyers from the Kurtulu? & Partners law firm did not initially agree with me. I did not accept their offer of 100,000 Turkish Lira because there were 5 films involved. A year later, the case went to court and I attended, provided my defense, cried, and explained my situation. Since I had no prior offenses, the court sentenced me to 5 years of probation and a fine of 19,000 Turkish Lira for having too many films and getting into legal trouble with two companies. On the other side, they make you pay the opponent's lawyer fees of 15,000 Turkish Lira plus 1,100 Turkish Lira in trial expenses, totaling around 35,000 Turkish Lira. The fine is payable in 6 installments. The lawyer's fees are collected upfront, and they inform you to make the payment. It has been 15 days since the end of the court case, and currently, no penalties have been imposed yet, which might take about 2 months to pay the installments. In the future, there may be a chance of a compensation lawsuit against you. They already take their legal fees, and if you agree, they provide benefits to you. Therefore, there's nothing to be scared of, but legal and court costs are high, leading to considerable expenses. If this had happened last year, it wouldn't have exceeded 20,000 Turkish Lira in 2022. Just be aware that this person's lawyer fees are high compared to normal lawyers charging around 8-9, which is 15,000 Turkish Lira. Feel free to ask any questions you may have.
