Insert input into database

Hello friends. Since I usually work on graphic design projects, I am not very familiar with database topics. Please bear with my mistakes. My issue is this; I want automatic entries to be added to the message and balance_transaction tables when someone registers on the site. My goal is to transfer 10 credits to the user registering on the site and send a message. Thank you.
