Installing ionCube using FTP method

Hello everyone, I am using a WordPress hosting package on GoDaddy. However, there is a two-step verification in my account and my phone number is lost. Therefore, they are not providing me with support. I installed a new theme and my site is not opening because ionCube is missing. ERROR: Site error: the ionCube PHP Loader needs to be installed. This is a widely used PHP extension for running ionCube protected PHP code, website security, and malware blocking. Please visit get-loader.ioncube.com for install assistance. I only have access via FTP, but I searched online and couldn't do it myself. Could you please help me with the simplest way to do this task?
