Inventories were cleared after installing Aternos plugin.

Hello. We set up a city survival multiplayer server with my friend and installed the Vivacom and Geyser plugins. When we joined the server, my friend's inventory was wiped out. After restarting the server, my inventory was also erased. What do you think could be the reason for this issue?
