Is creating multiple campaigns in Google Ads a reason for being banned?

Hello, I have a question regarding Google ADS. I am planning to run Adwords ads soon and I want to create a separate campaign for each keyword. For example, if there are 4 keywords and I plan to spend a total of 1000 TL, I will allocate 250 TL for each of these 4 keywords to create separate campaigns (for the same domain). Would this lead to a suspension of my account? And are there any benefits to doing it this way? Thank you in advance to those who will answer. Good forums
