Is creating multiple campaigns in Google Ads a reason for getting banned?

Hello, I have a question regarding Google Ads. I am planning to run AdWords campaigns soon and would like to create a separate campaign for each keyword I will be advertising. For example, if there are 4 keywords and I plan to spend a total of 1000TL, I will allocate 250TL separately to each of these 4 keywords (for the same domain). Is this a reason for a ban or suspension of my account? Also, are there any benefits to doing it this way? Thank you in advance to those who will answer, have a great day!
