Is it logical to create 140 cells in MySQL?

In each record, there are 140 variables. Should I create 140 cells directly to store them separately, or should I create a string by putting "-" between 110 of them and store it in one cell? Which method do you think is more logical? Would the website struggle to retrieve 140-cell records? Which method do you think would be faster?
