Is it now illogical to create a Turkish website?

After creating an English website, I noticed a fast increase in its click rate compared to Turkish websites, which not only have a slower growth but also do not yield satisfactory results. The earnings from Turkish projects are minimal, and the government already imposes taxes on them, making the profits even lower. I am considering withdrawing from Turkish websites. While I am fluent in English and have no language barriers, I had been focusing on Turkish websites until now due to less competition in English. This has left me feeling a bit confused about the situation.
