Is it possible that personal information has been leaked?

I was at the library when a girl came up to me and said my phone line was off, then she handed me her phone and opened the municipality's free Wi-Fi page. There, it asked for ID number, phone number, birth year, and full name. I entered the information like a fool, and I realized my mistake afterwards. Anyway, the connection was made. Later, I noticed the girl had 2 phones and 1 tablet. One of her phones rang, she left, and a friend joined her. I told the library staff what happened, and they said since she couldn't get an SS at that moment, there shouldn't be an issue. The system would eventually disconnect her and ask for a re-login soon. I suggested to the girl that her friend can log in since she had 2 devices, but she declined. She didn't do anything. Should I be worried? Do I need to change my phone number? Please help.
