I have a download speed of 24Mbps and an upload speed of around 10 MB. Can I broadcast with this internet connection?
Additionally, when downloading any file, I can only download at a maximum of 3MB per second, but during speed tests, these values show as 10 MB. What could be the reason for this discrepancy?
