I have a download speed of 24Mbps and an upload speed of around 10MB. Can I stream with this internet connection? Also, when downloading any file, I can only download at most 3MB per second, but speed tests show 10MB. What could be the reason for this discrepancy? Lastly, what bitrate should I use for streaming?
