Is it possible to run Roblox Studio through a virtual machine on the Honor Pad 9?

I believe it is possible to set up a virtual machine on Tabletim ARM with an ARM processor. Please refrain from recommending virtual machines such as limbox86 and limbo ARM as they both operate slowly. Instead, I am looking for suggestions for a virtual machine where Windows 10 can run smoothly and where I can also run Roblox Studio.
