Is the VirusTotal result good?

Friends, on my first scan, I found 5 of them (Trojan.Agent.Win32.399269) they were there.
On the second scan, it dropped to 4.

This is the result, when I ran the program, the CMD screen worked for a moment and then closed.
I did a full scan with Windows Defender and didn't find anything.
Is there a problem?
