Is there a problem with the broadcast opened with RX 7600?

Hello, I am considering buying an RX 7600 system for streaming and gaming purposes. I have read in some places that AMD is far behind NVIDIA in terms of streaming. I am torn between choosing a system with an R5 7500F and RX 7600 or an R5 5600 and RTX 4060. I was leaning towards the RX 7600 system initially, but the concerns about streaming have made me hesitant. Which one do you think I should choose? Both are priced similarly.
