Is there a problem with the broadcast opened with RX 7600?

Hello, I am considering buying an RX 7600 system for streaming and gaming purposes. I've heard in some places that AMD falls far behind NVIDIA in terms of streaming. I am torn between getting an R5 7500F RX 7600 system or an R5 5600 RTX 4060 system. I was leaning towards the RX 7600 system initially, but the streaming aspect has made me concerned. Which one do you think I should buy? Both are priced similarly.
