Is there anyone who can help with using C# in Excel?

Hello friends.. I want to use Excel in my C# project. I want to fetch data from Excel (it works fine locally) but Excel will be installed on a host. In other words, I want to use Excel remotely. Is it possible? By "local," I mean Excel is saved on the PC. How can we achieve this?
