Is Valorant Winexp reliable?

As you can see in the title, I play Valorant in true stretched resolution. It works better for me, thanks to a program called winexp. I scanned the file on VirusTotal, and three low-quality applications raised virus alerts. Do you think it's a virus? When I checked the Task Manager, CPU and GPU usage were both at zero. Memory usage was at 1.5%. Do you think this could be a virus?
