Is your website not suitable for Adsense? - Problem

Hello, It has been a long time since I opened my website. It has started to gain nice content and audience. However, my site got rejected for the third time. I believe the main reason for this is that I added the site as the homepage. Instead of looking at the Adsense subdomain, it follows the homepage and says it is not suitable. My question here is actually; Let's say you have a personal site consisting of a single page portfolio site. Your content is in a subdomain called Blog. I actually want to place my ads on the blog part, not the homepage. However, even when adding the site, you are asked to add the homepage and it says it is not suitable based on that. This could be correct, the homepage may not be very suitable. But I don't want to add my ads here anyway. Why do I have to choose this place? Or are there any single-page sites that can get ads? This is where help is needed. I have not been able to get my site verified no matter what I did. Actually, I don't even know what I need to do. I would appreciate it if anyone could help.
