Issue with the Wordpress block editor

Greetings. I need to use a block editor when adding text, but I am getting an error message saying "Publishing failed. The response is not a valid JSON response" while the block editor is active. I installed the classic editor to fix it, but now I can't add the things I want (because I can't see the block section). What steps should I take?
