Issues with Adlinfly and Google bots HELP

I am wondering why my Adlinfly shortener is not recording visits from the Google Mediapartners-Google bots, yet they are showing up in Cloudflare. I have a table in the database where I store all user agents of visitors, but when it comes from Mediapartners-Google, it is not being recorded. It's as if this bot is being blocked. This is how my robots.txt file is currently set:
User-Agent: *
