Kaspersky Harmful Site Warning

Hello, a virus apk file was added to the uploads folder of our website built on WordPress. We received a harmful site warning in Google Search Console. We started rebuilding the site with a new theme and new host on a different server. However, Kaspersky devices still show a warning of a virus-infected site. How can we resolve this issue?
