Kaspersky key appears to be unused.

Hello, last year we bought a computer and also purchased a 2-year Kaspersky subscription with it. They gave us a paper with 2 activation codes, each valid for 1 year. We used the first one last year and today its license expired. I tried entering the second key on their website but it's not showing as active, as shown in the attached image. What should I do?
Note: (the newly entered key at the top is not active, the one entered last year is at the bottom.)
