Local network access issue on my PHP-based web application running on wampserver 3.3.2 server.

I have a PHP-based web application running on wampserver 3.3.2 server. I can access it from one of the two local networks but not from the other, even though I am using two Ethernet cards. I would appreciate your assistance on this matter. Regards.
