Malicious software - Ad approval denied

Hello, the website is being perceived as malicious software. I believe the reason is the question-answer plugin and the theme. I received an email from Google ads, stating that I should remove links in theme files with CSS extensions. Many links need to be removed. The site is perceived as malicious software because of these links! If I remove the theme and plugin, my site will lose its purpose. I thought of an idea. What if I set up a dummy site and promote it with a short article? Of course, many people may not even click on the link to my actual site while on the dummy site Can I get your valuable opinions on this matter?
